The People tab
Open a course and choose People. It appears once the course is published.- Teachers lists the lecturers and assistants on the course, with their roles. The owner can remove one from the row’s ⋮ menu.
- Students lists everyone enrolled, with their matric number or student ID. Activity says Active if they’ve recently opened a material or handed something in. Last active says when they last did. The owner and teachers can choose a student’s name to see their grades and activity.
- Each row’s ⋮ menu has Send email and Copy email. On a student’s row, Remove student takes them off the course. This can’t be undone.

You can only give a course to a teacher who has joined your school in Lena. Ask them to join the
school first.

“… isn’t available. Your role on this course doesn’t include it.”
Your role doesn’t cover that part of the course. If that looks wrong, ask the course’s owner to change your role.
