Accessing your profile settings
To open your profile settings:- Tap your profile icon or avatar (usually in the top-right corner or sidebar)
- Select Profile or Account Settings

Personal information
You can update the following personal details:- First name and Last name
- Profile picture — Upload or change your avatar
- Phone number — Add or update your phone number
Change your email
If you need to change the email address associated with your Lena account:Change your password
To update your password:Phone verification
You can add and verify a phone number on your account:- Go to Account Settings → Verify Phone
- Enter your phone number
- You’ll receive a verification code via SMS
- Enter the code to verify
Notification preferences
Control how and when Lena notifies you:- Go to Account Settings → Notification Preferences
- Toggle notifications on or off for different categories (e.g., assignments, announcements, grades)
- Choose between push notifications, email notifications, or both

Delete your account or profile
Deleting a school profile
To remove a school profile from your account, see School Profiles → Removing a profile.Deleting your entire account
If you want to permanently delete your Lena account and all associated data:- Go to Account Settings → Delete Account
- Read the warning about what will be deleted
- Confirm the deletion
