browsers. It is not available as a mobile app.

When you log in, you land on the Dashboard — your school’s overview at a glance.

Admin roles and permissions
School admins have different sub-roles with varying levels of access:| Sub-role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Super Admin | Full access to all school operations. Can manage other admins, structure, users, and all features |
| Academic Admin | Can manage academic structure, courses, and users. Cannot manage other admins |
| Non-Academic Admin | Limited to non-academic operations |
The person who creates the school is automatically assigned the Super
Admin role.
Getting started checklist

Set up academic structure
Create grades/arms (K-12) or faculties/departments (University), then
create an academic session and activate a term or semester. Academic

Add users individually or import them in bulk using Excel spreadsheets.
