The School Admin App is a web-based dashboard optimized for desktop browsers. It is not available as a mobile app.

What you can do


Admin roles and permissions

School admins have different sub-roles with varying levels of access:
The person who creates the school is automatically assigned the Super Admin role.

Getting started checklist

New to the School Admin App? Follow these steps to get your school fully set up:

Create your school

Set up your school with the correct type (K-12 or University) — this cannot be changed later. Creating Your School →

Set up academic structure

Create grades/arms (K-12) or faculties/departments (University), then create an academic session and activate a term or semester. Academic Structure →

Add students and teachers

Add users individually or import them in bulk using Excel spreadsheets. Managing Students → · Managing Teachers →

Add additional admins (optional)

Invite other staff members as admins with the right level of access. Managing Admins →

Create or oversee courses

Create courses from the admin dashboard or let teachers create their own. School Courses →
Complete steps 1-3 before the academic period begins. Teachers and students can start using Lena as soon as their accounts are created and the structure is in place.
