Platform feedback

Have an idea for improving the Student, Teacher, School Admin, or CBT app? Let us know what would make your experience better.

Documentation feedback

Found something unclear, outdated, or missing in these support docs? Help us make them more useful.

How to send feedback

Send your feedback to support@lena.africa with “Feedback” in the subject line. Include:
  • What you’d like to see improved — describe the change or feature
  • Why it would help — how would it make your experience better?
  • Where you noticed the issue — which app, page, or feature?

Subject: Feedback — Feature request for Student App

Hi Lena team,

I'd love the ability to bookmark specific study materials
so I can quickly find them later when studying for exams.
Currently I have to scroll through all the folders each time.

This would save me time and help me organize my study sessions.

Thanks!

What we’re looking for

Here are some types of feedback that are especially helpful:
  • Feature requests — “It would be great if I could…”
  • Usability improvements — “I found it confusing when…”
  • Missing documentation — “I couldn’t find information about…”
  • Workflow suggestions — “It would be faster if…”
  • Bug reports — “When I try to X, Y happens instead of Z”
For bug reports and technical issues that are blocking your work, please use the Contact Support page instead — those get prioritized differently.

What happens with your feedback

  1. We read every piece of feedback that comes in
  2. Common requests get added to our product roadmap
  3. Documentation improvements are published regularly
  4. You may hear back from us if we need more details
The more specific your feedback is, the more useful it is to us. “Make the app better” is hard to act on — “Add a search filter for assignment due dates” is actionable.
