Once you've joined a course, you'll find all its content organized in a clean, tabbed layout. This guide walks you through every section of the course screen. **Before you begin:** You need to be enrolled in at least one course. See [Joining a Course](/students/joining-a-course) if you haven't joined one yet. *** ## Course home When you open a course, you land on the **course home** screen. This gives you an overview with quick access to all sections. Swipe or tap to navigate between them: | Tab | What you'll find | | ------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------- | | **Study Materials** | Files and documents organized in folders | | **Assignments** | All assignments with their due dates and submission status | | **Quizzes** | Available quizzes, attempts, and results | | **CBT** | CBT exams assigned to this course (links to the CBT app) | | **Discussions** | Discussion threads for this course | | **Announcements** | Messages from your teacher | | **People** | Your classmates and teachers in this course | Not all tabs may be visible — they appear based on what your teacher has added to the course. *** ## Course outline The **Course Outline** shows the syllabus or topic structure for the course. Your teacher organizes topics and subtopics here so you can see what will be covered. To view the outline: 1. Open the course 2. Each entry includes: * **Day and time** of the class * **Subject or topic** being covered * **Location** (if applicable) Your schedule entries also appear on your main **dashboard** so you can plan your day.
