Lena Agent works in your courses the way you would in the app: it looks things up, drafts work and, with your approval, publishes and sends. This page lists what it handles, gives prompts to start from, and says where its limits are. ## What it handles "Draft" means it goes ahead and you can still change the result. "Yes" means it shows you an approval card first. Changing anything students can already see also asks first. Which of my courses need attention this week? ## What it can't do * **Other kinds of questions.** Quizzes and exams are multiple choice. It can't write fill-in-the-blank or diagram questions. * **Slides and simulations.** It doesn't make slide decks or interactive activities. * **One student's extra time.** It can move a quiz's late deadline for everyone, not for one student. * **Some course and quiz options.** It can't hide answers until everyone has submitted, or publish only some weeks of a course. * **Grade exports.** Download them from the course's gradebook. * **Exam reminders.** Reminders are for assignments and quizzes. * **Personal calendar entries.** Students see course calendars, so it won't put a staff meeting there. * **Anything about money or your account.** See [what it never does](https://support.lena.africa/agent/approvals-and-safety.md#what-it-never-does). ## Tips for good requests * **Name the course and the work.** "Essay 1 in PSY 101" beats "the essay". Or pick the course with **All courses** under the message box, so the whole chat is about it. * **Attach the source.** For a quiz or a course outline, [attach your notes](https://support.lena.africa/agent/files.md) rather than describing them. * **Say draft or publish.** "Make a quiz" leaves a draft. "Make a quiz and publish it" also asks you to approve publishing. * **Ask for one big thing at a time.** A very long request can stop with "This needed more steps than the agent takes in one go". Split it in two. * **Answer its questions.** If it asks which exam you mean or when it's due, a short reply gets it going.
